Phil reinstated my cement tile roof 10 years ago. The building was then 15 years old and the roof in poor condition.
Phil and his team carried out a first class job cleaning pointing and painting the roof.
Under 1 Roof have recently restored my tile roof and surrounds gain mainly due to discolouration from the elements. Again a !st class job. I cannot speak more highly of the team that carried out the work.
The results speak for themselves. I have no hesitation in recommending Under1 Roof to carry out a first class job in the work they undertake.

Both my wife and I were hoping to rejuvenate our home. We had received several quotes but were not convinced. So checking the Internet we saw a video presentation from Under 1 Roof at Lake MacDonald. The video was informative so we rang the company and spoke to proprietor Phil Melville and organised a chat and hopefully a quote.

We found Phil to be most informative about his product and passionate in the way Under 1 Roof delivers this product. We were informed several stages were involved in roof restoration but at no time were we obliged to have the whole package.......but we did.

The quote was within expectation, which included all new guttering and down pipes. So the job began. The restoration ran smoothly by a very dedicated crew. The result exceeded our expectations.

The team was so professional we engaged Under 1 Roof to continue on and fully restore our aging pergola. What a transformation!!! We both are over the moon with the results. Thanks again Phil and Under 1 Roof.

It was a pleasure doing business with Phil. His approach was at all times completely professional, friendly and cooperative. What I particularly appreciate was his ability to put forward commonsense suggestions thereby keeping within budget.
Due to his experience and expertise Phil was able to give realistic guidelines concerning time and expenditure, whilst ensuring that all work was carried out to a very high standard.
I was kept informed of all work on a regular basis, and the work was completed on schedule.
All the members of Phil's team were experts within their sphere of work, and the standard of work was excellent.
People who were familiar with the house prior to its renovation, and have seen it since its completion have been most complimentary. It is expected that the renovation will substantially increase the price that the house will be sold for.
